- Experience working with youth
- Willingness to be coached
- Believes good attendance is the foundation for success
- Willingness to work as a team member and develop new ideas to promote the organization
- Must pass the prescribed Criminal Background Check and be free of communicable diseases.
TEACHERS AND ASSISTANT TEACHERS
- Hold a CDA, Associate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledgeable of classroom management Skills
- Knowledgeable of Developmentally Appropriate Practice
